Toronto Food Film Fest is overjoyed with the inclusion of Rooks to Cooks workshops for the 2020 virtual festival. Rooks to Cooks workshops are well suited for passionate families and teens of any age however, students must be 7+ in order to enrol.

 

Maple Dijon Glazed Salmon

Join Rooks to Cooks’ and make dinner for your whole family. You will be making maple dijon glazed salmon with lemon zested couscous and roasted asparagus! 

Vegetarian Pho

Join Rooks to Cooks’ and make dinner for your whole family. You will be making Vegetarian Pho from scratch with all the fixings! 

Classes are conducted live through Zoom, led by passionate and experienced chef instructors and are built to inspire, educate, build independence, self-sufficiency and confidence, and encourage a long-term passion for the culinary arts! 

 

Don’t miss out, only 8 spots per class!  Recipes have been carefully selected to ensure ingredients are inexpensive, accessible and are easily substitutable.

 

PROGRAM INCLUDES

  • 1:8 Chef to student ratio

  • Digital recipe booklet

  • Recipes, equipment needs and set up instructions sent after registration

  • Makes 4 portions

Students must come with their ingredients pre-measured and equipment pre-pulled as per listed on the program packages.
