Can films or events sell out?
Yes, due to capacity limits at our in-person events, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance before they’re sold out.

The pass is good for a household so feel free to watch on your preferred device. However, you cannot login on two devices at the same time.

Can I share the film or event link with a friend?
You may only view the film or event once per ticket so we don't recommend sharing the link.

Good question. Although, we can't stop you, we'd like to remind you that the money not only goes towards producing this festival but it also supports the filmmakers and businesses that help make the festival happen.

Could I get a refund?

Unfortunately, all sales are final, tickets are nonrefundable. If an in-person event gets canceled due to lockdowns or unforeseen circumstances, the event will be rescheduled for a later date.

What is being done about health and safety?

Your health and safety is our priority this year, and we are working hard to ensure your festival experience will be comfortable, safe, and FUN. All in-person events are happening outdoors with enough space for distanced seating. We recommend wearing masks where proper physical distancing cannot be achieved. Extra masks will be available for those who forget. Please be respectful and courteous of each other as we stay safe and gather as a community of food and film lovers.
